Here at Yoked we understand that you are the kind of person who wants to look and feel their best. You'd like to feel stronger, fitter, more flexible, and maybe even lose a few pounds.  You know that in order to achieve this, building exercise into your weekly routine is essential, but you are limited on time and the idea of going to a traditional indoor gym doesn't necessarily fill you with joy. Perhaps you've had an experience with a gym or personal trainer in the past, but were pushed too hard, judged based on your fitness level, or you simply couldn’t afford to pay for 1:1 coaching 2-3x per week. This has left you feeling frustrated because you know that you're not getting any younger and you wonder if you'll ever achieve your health goals.
 
That’s why at Yoked, we offer semi-outdoor fitness coaching personalised to your ability, which is time efficient, enjoyable, and accessible for beginners. At Yoked, each session will target your whole body in 45 minutes, so you'll do multiple movements and exercises that will be customised to your individual needs. We design our programme to be fun and we keep things fresh by including unique challenge and movements within every workout. We also understand how intimidating it can be to join a group or step foot into a gym, which is why we foster a welcoming and supportive environment based outside rather than in a traditional fitness centre. Most importantly, we know that you want results, gaining strength and burning fat, which you will begin to experience in your first 6-weeks.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much do memberships cost?

We offer high-end fitness and nutrition coaching and individualise the training to fit your needs. This results in you actually achieving your goals, finding a routine that works for you and transforming your health for the long-term. If you are looking for the cheapest option then we may not be the right fit for you.

How long do sessions last?

Each sessions lasts for 45 minutes, however you are able to stay longer to enhance your mobility and cool down. If you only have 30 minutes to train we can also customise the training to fit optimise the time that you have available. 

What happens when it rains?

Our large marquee allows us to train in all types of weather.

What happens in the winter?

Come prepared with warm clothing and you'll be shedding layers before you know it. When the weather is below 10 degrees we recommend that you bring a pair of weight lifting gloves or glove liners with you to train as barbells and dumbells can be colder than you expect. We do have a limited number of gloves on site if you forget your pair. In case of extreme weather we do have a small but suitable indoor area where we can train. 

Do you have showers or toilets on site?

We do have toilets on site, but not showers.  

What time are training sessions?

Mondays: 5.30pm, 6.00pm, 6.30pm, 7.00pm, 7.30pm, 8.00pm


Tuesdays: 7.00am, 7.30am, 8.00am, 8.30am, 9.00am, 9.30am, 10.00am, 6.30pm


Wednesdays: 7.00am, 8.00am, 9.30am, 5.30pm, 6.00pm, 6.30pm, 7.00pm,7.30pm, 8.00pm


Thursdays: 7.00am, 7.30am, 8.00am, 8.30am, 9.00am, 9.30am, 10.00am, 6.30pm


Fridays: 7.00am, 8.00am, 9.30am

Do I need to be fit or experienced already?

Due to our individualised attention, no experience is needed. We will be able to assess your fitness level during your consultation call where we can also address any questions that you may have as well as learn more about your goals. Nearly all of our members are beginners so don't feel intimidated.

Do I need to bring any equipment?

No. Just a bottle of water and yourself. We have a tap on site for you to refill your bottle. Metal weights tend to be colder than you'd expect so it's advised to bring either weight lifting gloves or a thin pair of glove liners when the temp falls below 10 degrees.
